Rover

Rover is the Lake Oswego Public Library’s popular outreach initiative: a mobile pop-up library, designed to meet our community's needs on the go! We partner with local community organizations to bring the library to you. Visitors to Rover can sign up for library cards, browse and check out popular materials for all ages, return library items, learn about resources and services at LOPL, and connect with library staff. We look forward to popping up soon in a neighborhood near you!
