Tiny Hand Quilting Class

Sunday, March 24, 2024 - 1:00pm to 2:30pm

Rainy season is the perfect time to pick up a cozy hobby that sparks creativity! In this class participants will learn hand sewing and quilting basics while creating a pocket-sized improv (no pattern) quilt.

This free program is for ages 16+, and will be limited to 8 attendees. No sewing or quilting experience is needed. This class is suitable for beginners and anyone who loves a ‘quilty’ get together. All materials will be provided, but if you have any hand sewing tools or fabric scraps you'd like to use, feel free to bring them, and don't forget reading glasses if you use them.

The Lake Oswego Public Library is located at 706 Fourth Street, Lake Oswego. For more information, please contact April Younglove at 503-534-5667 or ayounglove@lakeoswego.city. This program is made possible by the Friends of the Lake Oswego Public Library.
