Local attorney Richard Schneider, co-author of the book, A Will Is Not Enough in Oregon, will talk about planning and documents that can help people be prepared for end-of-life issues at any age.
The presentation is aimed at people who "care about what happens to their assets when they pass away and who want to decide who speaks to doctors if they cannot speak for themselves," acccording to Mr. Schneider. He will discuss the details of documents that can help in planning, such as a Health Care Directive, Power of Attorney and Revocable Living Trust.
