The Year of Magical Thinking: A Play

Join us for a performance of Joan Didion's play The Year of Magical Thinking, at the Lake Oswego Public Library. The play is directed by Patrick Walsh and stars powerhouse actress Diane Kondrat. It also features an original violin score composed and performed by Michelle Alany.

The Year of Magical Thinking is a story of unexpected loss, that examines the power of grief and how we can heal from its effects.

Patrick Walsh is a volunteer on the Library Advisory Board of Lake Oswego Public Library, and an award-winning theater director. This play will be produced with Northwest Classical Theater Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that tours classical plays to culturally underserved populations throughout the Pacific Northwest.
