Lake Oswego's Urban Renewal Agency

The Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency - LORA - is the City of Lake Oswego's urban renewal agency.  LORA manages two urban renewal districts:

• East End Redevelopment District -- This urban renewal area is in downtown Lake Oswego.  East End investment has included public infrastructure, Millennium and Sundeleaf Plaza Parks, the Headlee Walkway, and the public-private Lake View Village redevelopment.  
• Lake Grove Village Center Urban Renewal District - This district, formed on July 24, 2012, will focus investment on two projects:  Boones Ferry Road improvements and parking to replace parking lost as a result of the Boones Ferry Road project and to add new public parking to the Lake Grove Village Center.
