North Anchor Phase 1 Combined Feasibility Reports - October 2010

In February 2010, the Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency (LORA) Board directed staff to engage a consulting team led by Leland Consulting Group to analyze the feasibility of a library-based redevelopment project on the "First Street North Anchor" site.  The study area included the northeast and northwest corners of the First Street and B Avenue intersection in downtown Lake Oswego and additional parcels on the west side of State Street between B and C Avenues, all of which are identified in the 2004 East End Redevelopment Plan as potential project sites.

Leland Consulting Group, along with the study and input of a multi-disciplinary consulting team, developed a Phase 1 Feasibility Report available to download below in its entirety, or in individual sections.
