She is experienced in helping people discuss controversial topics to help communities and organizations heal.

As the Lake Oswego School District's chief communicator since July 1, 2017, Moses is responsible for developing and promoting the LOSD brand, supporting principals and administrators in their quest for clear communication, and for engaging the broader community.
Moses founded Buffalo Cloud Consulting LLC in Austin, Texas, in 2014, offering marketing and community engagement services to organizations and delivering diversity, equity and inclusion consulting.
She previously served for seven years as director of communications for A.I.R. in Austin, an education research organization. Moses also founded and served as president of Wholly Moses Media & Consulting LLC for eight years and worked as director of community outreach and marketing communications for Connecticut Science Center for four years.
Moses currently volunteers with the group Respond to Racism LO. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Princeton University and a M.A.in public policy from Trinity College.
