HYBRID: The Restorative Justice Formula

Tuesday, April 22, 2025 - 5:30pm to 6:30pm

Join Restorative Justice Coordinator for Clackamas County, Miles Range, as he provides an overview of restorative justice and the plan for implementing a deeper program in Clackamas County.

Miles Range was a former gunsmith, defensive tactics and firearms instructor who has had a unique relationship with violence and conflict. Much of that work focused on  teaching deescalation and communication in difficult situations. He then pivoted career paths, leaving the tactical world to become a mediator and conflict consultant. Miles teaches conflict resolution skills to leadership in the workplace, along with mediation for workplace and government entities. He began working in Clackamas County a year ago and in that short time, he has created a restorative justice program and loves his work.
