Lifestyle Choices for Graceful Aging RESCHEDULED to 3/22
After reading Good Morning, Midnight, we find ourselves asking the question, "How have I lived my life?" Dr. Malea MacOdrum of Providence Integrative Medicine will walk you through how our lifestyle choices impacts our health and wellness.
March 22, 7 pm. Lake Oswego Library, 706 4th St. She will introduce proven strategies to lose weight, sleep better, be happier, and live longer. You will also learn what foods, which supplements, and what daily practices can help you lead a vibrant, healthy, and balanced life!
Dr. Malea MacOdrum, ND, is a licensed naturopathic physician and acupuncturist at Providence Health & Services in Oregon. She specializes in integrative oncology, supporting patients through all stages of treatment and beyond. In addition to working with cancer patients, she sees a variety of other patients, including those with women's health conditions, digestive issues, acute and chronic pain, and general wellness. Dr. MacOdrum is a founding board member of the Institute for the Study of Loss and Transition, a non-profit dedicated to the study of the psychological aspects of chronic medical illness and palliative care. Dr. MacOdrum earned a B.A. in Sociology at the University of Toronto as well as a MS in Oriental Medicine and a Doctor of Naturopathy at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland.
