Katherine Deumling of Cook with What You Have will demonstrate delicious plant-based dishes and lead a conversation about the relationship between food and climate change. How can we celebrate our local bounty year-round and nourish ourselves with minimal impact on the environment? This interactive cooking demonstration will feature produce from 47th Avenue Farm and Luscher Farm. Note: Space is limited, so register early by prepaying $10 at the Library (706 Fourth St.).
