The Oregon Way and Staff Wellness at Coffee Creek

Saturday, April 12, 2025 - 10:00am to 11:30am

Join the women of AAUW for a fascinating discussion with Coffee Creek Correctional Facility Superintendent, Nichole Brown about the Oregon way and how it affects the carceral system. This innovative program aims to foster cross-cultural professional learning and development between frontline staff in the DOC and the Norwegian Correctional Service. The goal is to produce higher standards of professionalism and more healthy and productive working environments in each participating system.

Membership to AAUW is not required to attend this presentation. American Association of University Women (AAUW) Lake Oswego-OR Branch is a not-for-profit whose mission is advancing equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, and research.
