Join a trained naturalist for a walk in the woods and discover how people in this area have used plants to survive and thrive for thousands of years. After the walk, check out the classroom for hands-on demonstrations on ethnobotany (how people use plants). Ages 5 and above, Tryon Creek State Park. 10-11:30 am guided walk, 11:30 am-1 pm classroom open house.
