Luscher Farm, once a dairy operation owned by Rudie and Esther Luscher, was purchased in 1990 by the City of Lake Oswego. The property and buildings are maintained as an agricultural example with the intent to interpret and educate interested visitors in local food and organic plant production.

Adopt-a-Plot Program


Our Adopt-a-Plot program is a cooperative effort between Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation and Citizens. Through an agreement with the City, an individual, community, or group assumes responsibility for growing produce in a plot offered at Luscher Farm to donate to those in need.
