Local musician Bernie Sims brings his unique blend of rock and soul to Lake Oswego Public Library's First Tuesday Music Series in a free concert with pianist Brian Rose at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3. Bernie has been performing, solo and in bands, for over 40 years.
