Hwy 43 Closure - August 31

The new Lake Oswego Gateway sculpture at Highway 43 and Terwilliger Blvd. will be installed on Tuesday, August 31!

During this time, there will be major traffic delays along Highway 43 and on some side streets. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic. At times, traffic routes will change during the day and there will be temporary closures to accommodate equipment.

Please use alternative routes or plan ahead for delays.

Pedestrian Safety Operation - September 2021

The Lake Oswego Police Department will be conducting a Pedestrian Safety Operation on Saturday, September 4. This operation will be held on B Avenue at First Street.  

The primary focus of this operation is to raise awareness of drivers and pedestrians of pedestrian right of way laws.

Information signs will be posted the day prior to the operation advising motorists of the event.

Stewardship Work Party at Iron Mt. Park 11.21.21

Have YOU ever planted a YEW tree? Join Join Friends of Iron Mt. Park to plant Yew trees and do maintenance in this natural park. No experience needed.  Bring a shovel, gloves and water to drink. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.

This 4-Player Team Scramble includes 18 holes plus putting contest. Also included is a catered lunch by LV's 19th Hole, tee gifts, raffle, mulligans. $10,000 hole in one prize on 9th hole.
