Memorial Day - City Offices Closed

All City Offices - including the Adult Community Center and Library - will be closed on Monday, May 26, for Memorial Day.

Exceptions:

  • Tennis Center - will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. (with a key card)
  • Golf Course - more information coming soon
  • LO Recreation & Aquatic Center - more information coming soon

StoryWalk "Drawn Together"

Take a walk through Woodmont Natural Park to mark AANHPI month and read our newest StoryWalk® installation, Drawn Together by Minh Lê. A young boy and his grandfather lack a common language. But as they sit down to draw together, something magical happens—with a shared love of art and storytelling, the two form a bond that goes beyond words. With luminous illustrations by Caldecott Medalist Dan Santat, this stirring picture book about reaching across barriers will be cherished for years to come.
