On September 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Lake Oswego Police Department is holding a car seat clinic at the Main Fire Station, 300 B Avenue, to give parents an opportunity to ensure that their child is in the right type of car seat and that it is properly installed.
Join folklórico artist Luisa Valentín Pelagio for a joyful, hands-on celebration of Día de los Muertos! Luisa will share the meaning behind this vibrant tradition and then guide participants in creating colorful papel picado and tissue paper flowers to decorate a bright mini ofrenda.
