Summer 2024 Neighborhood Workshops!

Join us at the Parks Plan 2040 Neighborhood Workshops to:

  • Learn about the project, meet the project team, and talk with your local parks & rec staff
  • Share your ideas for park projects, recreation activities, and more
  • Tell us about your priorities for the future of parks and recreation in Lake Oswego
  • Play games, eat treats, win raffle prizes, and hang out at the park with your neighbors!

We have four neighborhood workshops planned for spring/summer 2024! Come to one, or come to all!

  • Pilkington Park: Friday, May 31 from 4-6 PM
  • Westlake Park: Friday, June 7 from 4-6 PM
  • Hazelia Field: Friday, June 21 from 4-6 PM
  • Foothills Park: Friday, June 28 from 4-6 PM

The Parks Plan 2040 process will provide a variety of public participation opportunities including community events, pop-ups at existing park events and activities, online meetings or surveys, social media questionnaires, and the ability to comment via this website, e-mail, phone, or in-person. Information about public engagement opportunities will be shared on this web page, through social media accounts, in news releases to local media outlets, and to the interested parties email list. Upcoming meetings and events will be listed on this page as they are scheduled.
