Cycle & Soul
Class participants begin the first half of this dynamic class cycling for 30 minutes building stamina and endurance. The second half of class moves students to their mats where they will be guided through a slow-flow yoga sequence guaranteed to stretch out their body and prepare them for a restful sleep. *This class is the perfect precursor to Night-Night Yoga, which follows this class. Yoga and exercise classes that have floor work require use of your own yoga mat. Please bring a mat to each class.
