Hello! I started playing tennis in my Freshman year of high school. As a quick learner, dedicated to excellence and a diligent, technical approach to the game (with the help of some incredible coaches/mentors), I led my small high school to its very first sectional victory as captain by my Senior year. I went on to play at the D3 collegiate level for the Willamette Bearcats and have been a deep student of the game ever since. These days I may not compete as much as I once did, but I’ve hardly missed a day on court—spending the past five years coaching dozens of players of all ages whenever I can outside my primary 8–5 job in the semiconductor industry. Along with a love for music and time in nature, the game of tennis is one of my greatest passions. I am thrilled whenever I get to see things click, and the joy of the game lights up a student's face, as it so often does for me too. CPR + Safe-Play certified, RSPA Instructor Level 1 certification near completion.
