Floating Pumpkin Patch at the LORAC Pool

Make a splash this fall at the Floating Pumpkin Patch, a family-friendly event in the LORAC Recreation Pool. Designed for youth ages six months to fourteen years, this unique experience lets kids “pick” their very own pumpkin while swimming among a pool full of floating gourds.

Families can enjoy festive, spooktacular music and time together in the water before each child chooses a pumpkin to take home. Once selected, the pumpkin will be dried and labeled by our “Guard of the Gourds” team and ready for pick-up along with a few seasonal treats.

There are two time slots available: 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. (Activity #33105) and 5:40 to 7:40 p.m. (Activity #33106). Each session is limited to 30 youth participants, and registration is required for every child. Adults and guardians are free with a child’s registration. Please note that there will be no public open swim during these event times.

Registration fees are $30 for residents and $45 for non-residents. Swim into the fun and register today to reserve your spot.
