Thank you for participating in Adult Recreational Sports Leagues with LO Parks and Recreation.

 

By submitting this form, you are requesting to be removed from the Free Agent list for the selected adult sports leagues and divisions. You will no longer be contacted by Team Managers to join a team or substitute for a game.
