Gentle Yoga at ACC

Perfect for beginners and continuing students who want to refine their poses with emphasis on strength. Focus on basic poses and sequences to promote ease in the body and increase mobility, flexibility, and strength. Students must be able to get down to and up from the floor and stand. Bring a yoga mat to class.
