Jr. Boot Camp for Girls

Train with Certified Fitness and Running Specialist, Wendy Berton. Girls will increase their strength safely and effectively all while developing a healthy lifestyle. Come have fun at the park using bodyweight exercises and learning how to properly use the fitness equipment at West Waluga Park.
This class pairs well with the Run4Fun Running Club which is held prior to Boot Camp.
