The COVID 19 pandemic has affected all of us, even if you don’t have the virus. As a way to help alleviate the challenges you and your family face, we are offering FREE online Mindfulness Meditations sessions.
Clinical evidence shows that Mindfulness can improve sleep, relationships, and help people cope with the feelings of depression, anxiety, grief, loss and loneliness. The weekly sessions, include both guided meditation and Q&A led by Surja Tjahaja. Particular focus is on practicality — how to use Mindfulness to overcome stress and life challenges.
These sessions are open to all — those with experience and those without. Beginning on Thursday, May 7, 2020 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm
