LORAC One Year Anniversary Celebration

Join us as we celebrate one year of recreation, wellness, and community at the Lake Oswego Recreation & Aquatics Center (LORAC). Since opening in 2025, LORAC has become a vibrant community hub where residents of all ages come together for fitness, aquatics, sports, classes, and events.

To mark this milestone, the community is invited to a special anniversary celebration filled with activities for all ages. Guests can explore the facility, enjoy fitness demonstrations, participate in family-friendly activities, and connect with staff and community partners who help make LORAC a welcoming place for recreation and wellness.

What to Expect

  • Facility tours
  • ​Fitness pop up events - be sure to wear your fitness attire

    • 12:20-12:40 – Spin & Sculpt

      1-1:20 – Gentle Yoga

      1:40 – 2 – Barre

      2:20 -2:40 – Strength Conditioning

  • Family and kid-friendly activities

  • Overbridge will be performing playing latin, be bop, and swing style horn-heavy jazz tunes.

  • Food and refreshments

    • Meet Fryed PDX, the newest concept from the team behind Briskets & Gravy. This food cart serves up crispy fried chicken and elevated comfort food favorites, delivering big flavor and satisfying bites you will not want to miss.

  • Giveaways and prizes

  • Opportunities to learn about programs and memberships

  • Pack your swimsuits! Open swim will be available during the celebration!
