Nia at ACC

Nia combines dance, martial arts and relaxation to help condition the body, mind and spirit while it improves flexibility, agility, mobility, stability and strength.This will be an hour of conditioning sprinkled with fun! You will move to invigorating and inspirational music designed to create sensation and bring awareness to your movement habits. Bare feet recommended!
