Night Night Yoga

If you need to quiet your mind, this class is for you. A blend of restorative yin yoga, yoga nidra, and slow-flow vinyasa. This is a slower paced class with longer holds for those searching for a relaxing yoga experience while exploring breath and alignment. Each class will explore intention-setting, gentle asana, and meditation. Yoga and exercise classes that have floor work require use of your own yoga mat. Please bring a mat to each class.
