One Day Meditation Workshop
Treat yourself to the gift of self-care. This one-day silent retreat offers you a perfect setting to break away from daily routines and reinvigorate or deepen your meditation practice without leaving home. The day includes guided meditation plus a review of how to apply meditation methods and mindfulness to activities of daily living. Have an opportunity for one-on-one guidance with Instructor. The day closes with an inspirational talk. Remember to bring your own lunch and snacks.
