Restorative Yoga

A restorative Yoga practice will assist you in gaining wellness and calm. Through slow, intentional stretches your mind, body and spirit can deeply relax and open. Props are used as opposed to muscles so your body is kindly supported. Experience the transformative effects of Restorative Yoga to start the new year in a 4 week class.
