Learn the ancient healing practice of Qigong, a Chinese moving meditation through an 18 movement form. The Shibashi form is founded on basic Tai Chi posture positions. The simple and flowing movements coordinate with the breath to quiet the mind, relieve stress and enhance energy. All movements are performed in a relaxed upright posture. *NO CLASS 2/26
