Help Restore a Natural Learning Space at Luscher Farm
Join the Friends of Luscher Farm in restoring a 300-square-foot natural area near the northeast corner of the Luscher Community Gardens. This space will be transformed into an outdoor learning area for summer youth camps and classes.
Project Overview:
This is the second of three work parties. This is the third of three project work parties: first two focused on cleanup—removing invasives, clearing debris; this third one we’ll be spreading woodchips and other making ‘finishing touches.’
What to Bring:
Close-toed shoes
Work gloves
Water bottle
Loppers and pruners (if you have them)
Location: Luscher Farm Park – 125 Rosemont Rd
Parking & Restrooms: Available behind the Luscher Barn
