Get Involved in Parks & Recreation!
Lake Oswego Parks & Recreation offers a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for all ages! Whether you enjoy helping at the Farmers' Market, restoring natural areas or serving lunch at the Adult Community Center, we have plenty of activities for you!
For current volunteer opportunities, please visit any of the links below. Families and youth are welcome to join the fun too! Volunteers are required to complete a waiver or a volunteer application and an interest form. Volunteers 18+ may be required to complete and successfully pass a criminal background check if requested by the Project Supervisor to qualify as a volunteer for the City.

The LO Teen Lounge and other LOPR programs are currently at Christ Church Episcopal Parish (CCP), 1060 Chandler Road.
There are a number of ways for people of all ages to get involved in Lake Oswego, whether as a volunteer, board or commission member, or elected official.
Have a couple hours to share? Join a friendly habitat restoration work party! Lake Oswego has over 460 acres of park natural areas, and volunteering to restore natural park habitats provides a healthier eco-system. No experience needed!
