Yoga Level 1

For beginning and continuing students who want to perfect their study with a variety of poses and longer holds. Emphasis on strength and flexibility. Focus on basic poses and sequences to promote ease in the body and increase mobility, flexibility and strength.

Students must be able to get down to and up from the floor and stand. Please bring a mat.
