LU 08-0059: Expansion of the West Lake Grove Design District Boundary
The applicants are requesting City approval for the following:
- Expansion of the West Lake Grove Design District boundary by including Tax Lot 4300 Map 21E07DD (a 1.43 acre parcel located at 4855 Upper Drive).
- Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendment to change the Low Density Residential Designation (R-7.5) to Office Commercial/Neighborhood Commercial (OC/NC) on Tax Lot 4300.
- Zoning Map Amendment to designate parking reserves and building areas to be consistent with the proposed plan.
- Zoning text amendment to change appendices found in Article 50.67 (Figure 1, 2a, 2b, 2c, 4, 5, 6, and 7) to achieve consistency with the proposed Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendments.
