LU 15-0059: A request for a Development Review Permit and a Conditional Use Permit to construct Phase 2 of Mary's Woods project.

The applicant is requesting approval of Development Review and Conditional Use Permits in order to construct Phase 2 of the Mary’s Woods project.  This phase will consist of five residential buildings (for a total of 198 units), and three commercial buildings (approximately 36,000 square feet of retail, office, services and fitness center).        

The applicant also is requesting approval of a Major Variance to the building height standard of the CI zone to construct a landmark architectural tower on one of the commercial buildings.  The variance will increase the building height from 45 feet to 56.5 feet.
