LU 17-0063: Comprehensive Plan Map Amendments for Certain Properties Located in the Southwest Employment Area and Bryant Road, Lakeview Blvd. and Pilkington Road
A request from the City of Lake Oswego for proposed amendments the Comprehensive Plan Map to bring consistency between Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map designations for the following properties:

On December 11, the Planning Commission made a final recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments. The public hearing before the City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, March 6, 2018. The Planning Commission held a public hearing on November 27, 2017, and made a preliminary recommendation that the proposed amendments be approved by the City Council. The Commission is scheduled to consider adoption of the Findings, Conclusions and Order (final recommendation) on December 11.
