Resource Protection (RP) District stream and wetland boundary, a 3-parcel partition with the creation of one flag lot, adjustments to the RP District’s 50-foot protected riparan area, and the removal of 17 trees to construct frontage improvements. This application is predicated on final approval of LU 23-0010, which requests a major variance to allow up to six flag lots in this combined project to take access to Goodall Rd. via a private shared access lane.
