A request for approval of a 2-parcel minor partition resulting in one flag lot with minor variances to the front and rear setbacks for the non-flag lot. Nine trees are proposed for removal.

*Note: One additional tree in unincorporated Clackamas County is also proposed for removal. This would be processed through the County and is not subject to City Tree Code. Invasive tree removal permits for tree #33 will be processed separately.
