LU 23-0048: A request for a RID Review design variances to setbacks and a minor variance to a retaining wall height to construct a new single-family dwelling.

A request for the following Residential Infill Design (RID) variances in order to construct a new single-family dwelling:

•     Reduce the north side yard setback from 10 ft. to 5 ft.;

•     Reduce the rear yard setback from 30 ft. to 5.08 ft.; and

•     Reduce the Oswego Lake setback from 25 ft. to 5.08 ft.

The applicant is also requesting approval of a minor variance to construct a retaining wall 5.66 feet in height which exceeds the maximum height of four feet when located in the rear yard and Oswego Lake setbacks.
