A request for approval of a middle housing land division for a 6-unit cottage cluster to establish lots for ownership purposes. This land division is for ownership purposes only. [Note: Permits for the individual cottages and commons areas/utilities are being processed separately under ministerial building permits, which are not subject to comment or appeal.]
Note: This application is being processed through the expedited land division procedure adopted by the 1995 Legislative Assembly and mandated upon cities and counties. ORS 197.360-197.380 prohibits public hearings on the application, either directly upon the application or on appeal to the Development Review Commission, Planning Commission, or City Council.
