The City Council held a public hearing on November 19, 2024, and tentatively approved the proposed amendments as discussed during deliberations. The City Council will make their final decision on December 17, 2024.

On Monday, October 28, 2024, the Commission adopted the Findings, Conclusions, and Order, the final recommendation. The adopted Findings are available in the Public Records Folder. On October 14, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments and directed staff to return with the draft Findings, Conclusions, and Order for consideration at its next meeting on October 28, 2024.
