Project Background / Summary: 

The applicant is requesting approval of Residential Infill Design (RID) Design Variances to the overall maximum floor area for the site, and to the maximum accessory structure floor area and allowed projections into the front yard setback plane, all in order to add a 495 sq. ft. second story addition to an existing 736 sq. ft. detached garage.
