LU 25-0007: A request for a RID Review modification (LU 21-0032) for reduced setbacks to construct outdoor amenities.

The applicant is requesting modification of an approved Residential Infill Design (RID) Review design variance application (LU 21-0032) to construct:
1) A spa/jacuzzi on a 2nd story deck within the Oswego Lake setback;
2) A fireplace/firepit on a 2nd story deck within the Oswego Lake setback;
3) A 36 sq. ft. deck addition to the existing boat-garage rooftop deck within the Oswego Lake, rear, and side yard setbacks;
4) Modifications to the approved patio cover design to add retractable glass walls and change the column design; and,
5) Modifications to the approved exterior siding materials and detailing.
