LU 25-0027: A request for a 2-parcel Minor Partition (with one flag lot).

The applicant is proposing a 2-parcel partition resulting in one flag lot with a dwelling currently under construction, as well as two variances: 1) to reduce the rear yard setback by 6 ft. for the front parcel; and, 2) to increase the grade of the access lane to approximately 20%. No tree removal is proposed with this application.
