LU 25-0030: A request for a Remodel of an existing nonconforming dwelling located in the Willamette River Greenway Management Overlay.

The applicant is requesting approval of development within the Greenway Management Overlay (GMO) District to construct additions to an existing noncnonfrming single-family dwelling and new site features such as a new deck and retaining walls. The applicant is also requesting a minor variance to retaining wall height within a setback for retaining walls up to 11.25 feet in height.
