LU 25-0031: A request for a RID Review design variances to reconstruct a nonconforming detached garage.
Project Background / Summary:
The applicant is requesting approval of the following Residential Infill Design (RID) Review variances in order to construct a new front-loading detached garage in the footprint of an existing nonconforming garage that was removed without prior approval:
•Variances to avoid compliance with most of the Garage Appearance and Location standards[see LOC 50.06.001.4.a.iv.1, .2, and .3]; and,
•Reduce the 25-foot front yard setback to 0 feet.
