PP 16-0003: Flag Lots and Serial Partitions

Potential amendments to the Community Development Code (Chapter 50) relating to certain infill development standards, specifically those for flag lots, access lanes, open space contributions in serial partitions, and accessory structure (noise-producing) setbacks.

PLANNING COMMISSION WORK SESSION #4 - JUNE 12, 2017

At this work session the Planning Commission will review comments received on the public review draft prior to finalizing the amendments for the public hearing. There will be further opportunity for public comment at the public hearing before the Planning Commission tentatively scheduled for August 14, 2017 and at the City Council public hearing which is expected to be scheduled in the fall.
