PP 20-0002: West Lake Grove (WLG) and Lake Grove Village Center (LGVC) Building Design
During 2020, the Planning Commission requested the Lake Grove Business Association (LGBA) work with the affected neighborhood associations in developing recommended code changes. A Planning Commission goal for 2021 is to review and update the building and streetscape design standards for the West Lake Grove Design District and Lake Grove Village Center, to provide greater consistency in how these two areas develop and more flexibility in the use of sustainable building materials.

The Planning Commission will receive an update from the Lake Grove Business Association on the group's progress, including presentation of a refined project scope and initial code concepts for discussion.
