PP 23-0008: Marys Landing Neighborhood Association Proposal
A request to recognize the proposed Mary’s Landing Neighborhood Association as a city of Lake Oswego Neighborhood Association.
The proposed Mary’s Landing Neighborhood Association (NA) boundary runs along the border of West Linn to the south, up the Willamette River to the east, and along the borders of the Glenmorrie and Skyland neighborhoods to the north and west. This geographic area includes approximately 720 households and an estimated 1,230 residents. The area covered within the proposed Mary’s Landing NA boundary has never previously been represented by a City-recognized NA.

The proposed Mary’s Landing Neighborhood Association (NA) was adopted by the City Council at their April 16, 2024 meeting through passage of Resolution 24-12. A link to Resolution 24-12 is available in the Public Record file.

On February 26, 2024, the Planning Commission made a recommendation that the City Council recognize Mary’s Landing Neighborhood Association as a City of Lake Oswego neighborhood association.
