PP 25-0002: Code Audit-Amendment
The purpose of this audit is to review the City of Lake Oswego’s Community Development Code (CDC) to identify regulatory or process barriers that may hinder housing development and economic growth. The findings will support recommendations for code amendments to promote more efficient, equitable, and sustainable development that meets the needs of the community.
02/03/2026 - Update
The City Council will consider approval of the Metro 2040 Grant Intergovernmental Agreement for the Code Audit Project on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. A link to the Council Report will be available in the Public Records Folder prior to the meeting.

- Rezoning for Housing Capacity (PP 25-0001);
- Comprehensive Code Audit and Amendments (PP 25-0002);
- Low-Income Rental Housing Tax Exemption (PP 25-0003); and
- Foothills District Plan Update (PP 25-0005).
