PP 25-0002: Code Audit-Amendment
The purpose of this audit is to review the City of Lake Oswego’s Community Development Code (CDC) to identify regulatory or process barriers that may hinder housing development and economic growth. The findings will support recommendations for code amendments to promote more efficient, equitable, and sustainable development that meets the needs of the community.

09/15/2026 Study Session
The City Council will consider the Background Report for the Code Audit Project on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Council will also consider whether to form an ad hoc Technical Advisory Committee to provide technical input on the project.
