If you are considering removing a tree, remember, a permit is required to remove any tree that is 6” in diameter or greater. This includes the removal of a hazardous or emergency tree. 

Permits are required to ensure that only those trees that are dead or hazardous, or are required to be removed for permitted development, are removed.
